Shipping Policy.

Webstore Delivery Policy

Inside Phnom Penh City:

  • Vortex store processes orders on a webstore from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Any order on the web after 06:00 PM will be processed the following day.

  • The customer can pin Google maps for the VVGV team when placing an order. In "Note", the customer can also leave an important note for Vortex such as location or other important note.

  • Get FREE DELIVERY when a purchase transaction is above USD 100.

  • Customer spends a USD2 (or more) shipping fee when a total is below USD 100 per transaction.

  • Instant Delivery: Vortex uses Grab Express in most cases when a customer is located inside Phnom Penh, the customer will be given a tracking link to track the customer's parcel and expected arrival time. The customer can find such information when the order is processed, sign in to your account to check the order status.

  • In the event that the Grab rider arrives at the given location but the customer does not pick up the phone call, the Grab rider might either return the parcel to the shop OR drop it at their office for the customer to pick up. The second attempt of delivery is covered by the customer.

  • Next-Day Delivery: The customer can consider saving delivery fees by using J&T and VET, especially when a customer is located outskirts of Phnom Penh. However, this delivery method is not same-day delivery. The customer is usually expected to receive one to two days after.

To Provinces and Other Cities:

  • Vortex mainly uses J&T and VET for shipping to provinces. We will provide tracking in order details when a customer is logged in.

  • J&T Express can be tracked by entering waybill number here: https://www.jtexpresskh.com/trajectoryQuery?waybillNo=&flag=1

  • For VET Express, customers are required to download VET Express app to track their package by scanning the QR.

  • Get FREE DELIVERY when a purchase transaction is above USD 100.

  • VET Express offers same day delivery for some provinces if the customer is willing to pay for the Express service. VVGV only offers free standard delivery when a purchase is over USD 100.

  • The customer might expect some delays if order placed on major Public Holidays.

Liabilities:

Vortex ships under FOB (Free On Board). Vortex is liable for risk when shipping from stores to customer’s chosen carrier. For example, J&T office VET office.

Ownership and risk transfer from the seller to the buyer as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier, meaning the buyer bears the loss if the shipment is damaged or lost in transit.

In case of such problem occurs, Vortex will assist buyer in resolving the issue with carrier when needed, but not liable for a refund once proved that Vortex has completed responsibility to ship to the carrier.

Buy & Collect at Store

  • All orders must be collected within 30 days from the date of receiving the notification for collection.

  • For all orders not collected after 30 days will be automatically cancelled and forfeited, there will be no refund issued for the purchase.

Purchase offline with physical stores

  • Customers can request for Cash on Delivery for a purchase worth less than USD 50 per transaction. Or the maximum COD that Grab rider allows.
